ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 13.10.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for rectification of the errors in the FMB Sketch relating to the subject property in accordance with the original approved layout plan.

2.Heard Mr.A.V.Raja, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 13.10.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate order, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
