The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records pertaining to the impugned re-tender short Notice Ref No.63/FS/2025 dated 31.10.2025 issued by the second respondent confirming the E tender notification dated 03.09.2025 and quash the same by declaring the same as unsustainable in law and also against the Principles of Natural Law and justice and consequently direct the respondents 1-3 to frame the terms and conditions for conducting “50th India Tourist and Industrial Fair 2026” at Island Grounds, Chennai by following the provisions of the Tamilnadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 and The Tamilnadu Tender Transparency in Tender Rules, 2000 and previous orders of this Court.
