The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue Working Conditions of the Plants and Machinery Certificate to the petitioner for the e-tender notice issued by the first respondent No.NIT.No.33/CD/T.No.33/2025-26, dated 16.10.2025 and permit the petitioner in the e-tender dated 16.10.2025 issued by the first respondent.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the Certificate for Plant and Equipments was issued to the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. This writ petition is closed. No costs.
