ORDER
By relying on an order dated 07.07.2022 of the Revenue Divisional Officer regarding mutation of patta in the name of the petitioner's mother, by this writ petition, the petitioner seeks the implementation thereof.
2. At the last hearing, Mr.A.Arun Ramnath, learned counsel appeared on behalf of one Maruthu Pandian. He submitted that a revision petition was filed before the District Revenue Officer against the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer. He sought for time to file an impleading petition. As on date, such impleading petition has not been numbered and listed before this court.
Mr.A.Arun Ramnath, learned counsel, is also not present today.
3. Learned Additional Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the order would be implemented within six weeks. He also confirms that he has not been informed of any revision petition being filed. 4. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Tahsildar to take necessary measures to implement the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order unless a stay order is obtained in proceedings against the order of the Revenue Divisional O
