O R D E R
An order dated 21.09.2025 rejecting the petitioner's request for a patta transfer is challenged in this Writ Petition.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all material documents, such as, the Will dated 10.01.1994, death certificate dated 23.09.2022, registered settlement deed dated 14.08.2025 and patta No. 795 were submitted. Without recording proper reasons, he states that the impugned rejection order was issued.
3. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the matter may be remanded for reconsideration.
4. On perusal of the impugned order, it is noticeable that it records that link documents and parent documents were not submitted. No further particulars are contained therein. The petitioner traces title to Will dated 10.01.1994. The petitioner has also filed the death certificate indicating that her grandfather, Velayutham, died on 13.02.1994. In these circumstances, the matter requires reconsideration. While undertaking reconsideration, in order to ascertain whether the Will has been challenged, it is necessary to issue notice to all the Class-I legal heirs of the petitioner's deceased grandfather.
