ORDER
This Criminal Revision is filed against the judgment of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Coimbatore dated 23.02.2023 made in C.C.No.810 of 2016 and the judgment of the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore dated 20.09.2024 made in C.A.No.72 of 2023.
2. By the said Judgment the trial court found the petitioner guilty of an offence under Section 279 of Indian Penal Code and imposed a fine of Rs.1,000/- and in default of payment of fine to undergo one week simple imprisonment; for an offence under Section 337 of and to pay a fine of Rs.500/- and in default of payment of fine to undergo one week simple imprisonment; and for an offence under Section 304 (A) of and to undergo one year simple imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.2000/- and in default of payment of fine to undergo one month simple imprisonment.
