PRAYER The plaint is filed under Order VII, Rule-1 and 2 of CPC, (i) for a declaration that the plaintiff is not liable to make the payment of a sum of Rs. 9,12,750/- towards principal and a sum of Rs.36,510/- towards interest at 6% per annum from 01.04.2001 to 30.11.2001 (8 months) totalling a sum of Rs.9,49,260/- as demanded by the defendant by their letter dt. 7.09.2001 as their demand failed to take into consideration the amount spent by the plaintiff towards purchase of machinery and equipments for the training of the students and also towards payment of stipend to the students etc., and render justice; (b) PERMANENT INJUNCTION restraining the defendant, their agent, servants or anyone acting under them from demanding any money in pursuance of their demand letter dt. 07.09.2001 and render justice; (c) to pay damages a sum of Rs.70,740/- to the plaintiff for costs of the suit; (d) for such other relief or reliefs as this hon'ble court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and render justice.
