ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the fifth respondent not to erect electricity poles and high-tension lines dangerously close to the petitioners' home.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that adjacent to the petitioner's property is the sixth respondent's property and there is a high tension tower line running above the sixth respondent's property. For the removal of the high tension tower line, the sixth respondent herein has made an Application before the respondents. The learned counsel would further submit that at the instance of the sixth respondent, the fifth respondent is now planning to install a new electricity pole dangerously close to the petitioner's house and the wires of the pole would be passing above the petitioner's house, causing threat to the lives of the petitioner and his family. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
3.The learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 5 would submit that the fifth respondent is not planning to shift the high tension
