ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 04.09.2025 in the light of the orders passed in W.P.No.6037 of 2024 dated 07.03.2024 regarding allotment of houses to the petitioners, who have been originally residing at 2nd Respondent's Pulianthope Housing Board sites, migrated from Pulianthope to Vyasarpadi under the assurance of providing alternative residential houses, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.D.Veerasekaran, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the

1st respondent and Mr.G.Sivakumar, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. In view of the consent expressed by the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission itself.

3. The case of the petitioners is that they are slum dwellers and daily labourers. Originally, they resided at Pulianthope for many years together in the land belongs to the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent when decided to construct housing flats in the said area occupied by the petitioners, vacatted all the petitioners under the assurance of giving
