ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the case in F.I.R.No.95 of 2025 registered by the first respondent police.
2 Today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that in this case investigation completed and charge sheet also filed on 26.10.2025 through e-filing No.LTN20220001204C202500585 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur.
