ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, challenging the certificate of public exhibition for the film "MADISAR MAMI, issued by the 2nd respondent under Section 5A of the Cinematograph Act and consequently, directing the respondents 3 to 6 not to exhibit the said film in any theater, auditorium, place of public exhibition etc., in any manner in whatever and in any form of public exhibition in any place.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the direction issued by this Court vide order dated 27.05.2013, the title of the movie has been changed and the said movie has also been released. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter, and hence, this writ petition is closed. However, if the movie is published with the objectionable items, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
