The trademark dispute initiated before this Court as C.S.(Comm.Div.)
No.7 of 2024 is now reported to have been disposed of on 14.11.2025, pursuant to the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 06.10.2025, in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties and reduced into writing on 12.08.2025.
2. The order of the Supreme court dated 06.10.2025 indicates that the parties have agreed that they will approach the Madras High Court that will dispose of the pending cases between them strictly as per the settlement agreement dated 12.08.2025.
3. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for compliance', the counsels appearing for the parties submitted that in view of the settlement agreement dated 12.08.2025 and the subsequent order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos.12569-12572 of 2025, both the OSA (CAD) Nos.2 of 2025 and 159 of 2024 may be dismissed as withdrawn, 4. Recording the aforesaid submission and for the reasons stated above, both the intra Court appeals and the connected Miscellaneous Petition
