The order of the learned single Judge directing the Tahsildar, Mettur, Salem to conduct survey of the disputed land and fix boundary stone in W.P.No.32483 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025 is challenged by way of intra court appeal by the 4th and 5th respondents. However, the appeal suffers a delay of
49 days.
2. When the matter is taken up for considering the petition for condonation of the said delay, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellants states that the Tahsildar has completed the mandate issued by this Court in the Writ Petition and therefore the appellants are not interested in pursuing the appeal and they may be given liberty to challenge the outcome of the survey report.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the delay petition as well as the Writ Appeal in SR stage stand dismissed.
