ORDER

On 08.10.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertook to file a translation copy of the documents in Tamil and the case was posted on 03.11.2025 with a condition that if the translation was not filed, the Writ Petition would be dismissed on the next hearing date. On 03.11.2025, though the case was listed, the translation copies were not filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. As a last chance, the case was posted to 17.11.2025. Thereafter, the case is posted today and today also there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the translation also not filed.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
