ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order in C.No.

31/AC AVPM/MC/Proceedings/2025, dated 10.11.2025, by which the second respondent has denied permission to conduct Kabaddi Tournament on 22.11.2025 and 23.11.2025, at L.M Nagar Ground, opposite to Ayanpappakudi VAO Office, Avaniyapuram, Madurai. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that earlier, a similar request was considered by this Court and the petitioner may send a fresh representation and the same would be favorably considered in terms of the Circular issued by the Director General of Police in Rc.007301/

Genl.I(1)/2019 dated 09.04.2019.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to send a fresh representation to the respondents for conducting the Kabadi Tournament. On such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
