ORDER
The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct a public meeting with regard to commemoration of Mamannar Maruthupandiargal on 22.11.2025 at 5.00 p.m., at Aindhuvilakku, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.11.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that yesterday (18.11.2025) an order was passed by the respondents rejecting the petitioner's request.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would fairly submit that the permission would be granted, provided the petitioner complies with all the conditions imposed by the respondents and conducts the meeting in the place chosen by the respondents.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is agreeable for the same. Hence, the petitioner may send a fresh representation to the respondents. The respondents may consider the said representation in accordance with law.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
