2.Hence, the authorities have done the needful to consider the petitioner’s prayer for mandamus to clear the pathway platform in National Highway No.7, from Tirunelveli to Kanyakumar at Anjugiramam village, Kanniyakumari District. Photographs are also placed before us that reveal that the pathway is clear now, recording which this writ petition is closed. Incidentally, the petitioner is not present for the hearing today. No costs.
