By relying on a sale deed dated 15.06.2007 and partition deed dated 07.03.2008, the petitioner had applied for a survey of land in survey No.206/2B1B of the extent of 5.75 ares, which corresponds to about 14 cents. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no rival title claim. He also points out that the property was subdivided pursuant to the partition as between the petitioner and his sister and that a separate patta was issued for the petitioner's extent. 3. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

accepts notice for the third respondent.

4. The petitioner has filed both title and revenue documents evidencing the petitioner's entitlement in respect of the property. It is stated that there is no rival title claim.

5. Considering the aforesaid, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to initiate action in respect of the petitioner's request for a survey after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. The entire process shall be concluded within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
