O R D E R
By relying on RSLR 'A' Register in respect of survey No.23/3, the petitioner had submitted a representation in respect of the alleged UDR error, whereby the said properties are now shown as 'Arasu Poramboke'.
The present Writ Petition relates thereto.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's representation has not been addressed to the District Revenue Officer, who is authorised to deal with such matters. If such representation is made to the District Revenue Officer, he states that the same would be considered and disposed of on merits within a reasonable time.
3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the following terms:
i. The petitioner is permitted to submit a representation to the District Revenue Officer within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
ii. Within three (3) months from the date of receipt thereof, the District Revenue Officer is directed to consider and dispose of the same on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and any other persons concerned.
