Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 to R3.

2. Notice to the private respondents is dispensed with in this writ petition, in light of the order in the paragraphs to follow.

3. The prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus directing R2 / Revenue Divisional Officer, Palani, to dispose representation dated 16.07.2025 relating to the cancellation of patta in respect of the property in Survey Nos.1610/39, 1610/41, 1610/42 and 1610/46, Ayyalur Village, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindigul District (patta No.1164, 773, 455 and

1813), that presently stands in favour of R5 to R8.

4. Mr.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader has written instructions to state that the representation of the petitioner is under process. He assures that the proceedings will be taken in accordance with law, after notice is issued to R4 to R7 in this writ petition, as well as any others, who may be necessary parties to the proceedings and seeks a time limit of twelve weeks to complete the same.
