J U D G M E N T

Both side counsels present, Learned counsel for the appellant places on record a memo dated 11.11.2025 after serving copy upon other side enclosing a copy of the order dated 28.10.2025 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Division Bench–II, Chennai, in I.A. (IBC) (Dis)/29 (CHE)/2024 in C.P./12/IB/2022, under Section 54 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 , recording that the Liquidator has discharged his duties and that the corporate debtor, viz., the appellant herein, stands dissolved.

2.Recording the said memo and taking note of the dissolution of the appellant–company, nothing further survives for adjudication in this appeal at the instance of the appellant. Accordingly, A.S. No. 727 of 2018 is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
