There is no representation on the side of the petitioner.
2. On the last hearing date i.e., on 23.10.2025, the counsel on record for the petitioner filed a Memo reporting “no instructions”. He also submitted that he had already handed over the papers to the petitioner. In view of the same, on the last hearing date i.e., on 23.10.2025, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the place of the counsel on record for the petitioner and post the matter today.
3. As directed by this Court, the name of the petitioner has been printed in the cause list today. Despite the same, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. The petitioner has also not engaged any new counsel in place of the earlier counsel. This writ petition is of the year 2023. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
