O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to rectify the pay anomaly of the petitioner, based on his representation dated 29.12.2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Till date, counter has not been filed by the respondents.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Accordingly, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders, on the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2021 seeking for rectification of his pay anomaly, on merits in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
