O R D E R
This order has to be read in conjunction with the earlier order dated 04.11.2025.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record an additional typed set of papers dated 20.11.2025.
3. As seen from the same, a resolution seems to have been passed by the All India Railway Protection Force Association agreeing to withdraw the amendment made to the byelaws on 09.01.2010. The particulars of the members of the Association, who have participated in the meeting held on
19.11.2025 to pass the resolution, have also been given.
4. However, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that since the retired persons had also voted for passing the resolution dated 19.11.2025 as well as for electing the office bearers to the All India Railway Protection Force Association, the respondents do not recognize the resolutions passed by the All India Railway Protection Force Association.
5. In view of the above submission, the All India Railway Protection Force Association shall constitute an Ad Hoc Committee comprising of the members of the said Association, who are still in service and are not retired persons, nominated by the R
