O R D E R
The petitioner asserts that he purchased the property in survey numbers mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the affidavit under a sale deed dated 02.05.2019 and that revenue records stand in his name. It is stated that the petitioner has been in continuous possession and enjoyment of the property and is carrying on cultivation on the land. For such purpose, the petitioner had requested for the issuance of the Adangal extract so as to avail of crop insurance under the Central Government scheme. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Adangal register for the present Fasali is required on or before 30.11.2025 so as to make requisite payments for crop insurance under the Central Government scheme. She also points out that the Adangal has been issued in the name of the petitioner for the preceding four fasali years.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the Tahsildar would consider the petitioner's reques
