During the hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General confirmed that the compliance was completed, which the petitioner did not dispute. Consequently, the court closed the contempt petition and recorded compliance of the order.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General, produced a copy of the notification issued by the University in Letter No.AU/CAC- / Autonomous/2025-26, dated 14.11.2025, and submitted that the order of this Court dated 05.02.2025, has been complied.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the compliance.

Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
