COMMON ORDER
These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking to set aside the orders of remand passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamelkudi, against the petitioners in Crime No.2 of 2025 [renumbered as Crime No.7 of 2025, on the file of NIB-CID, Sivagangai] dated 10.01.2025 and 12.01.2025, respectively.
2. The petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10345 of 2025 is the third accused, and the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10346 of 2025 are the first and second accused in Crime No.2 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c), 20(b)(ii)(C), 25, and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act , 1985.
