ORDER
This matter is listed today under the caption “for being mentioned” at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court, vide order dated 30.10.2025, had permitted the petitioner to approach the appellate authority, within a stipulated period, in the manner known to law, However, in the said order, the stipulated time has not been mentioned. Hence, the same requires correction.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph No.3 of the order dated 30.10.2025 made in W.P.No.34282 of 2023, shall be substituted with the following lines:-
“3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case and without interfering with the impugned order, permits that petitioner to approach the appellate authority within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The appellate authority shall dispose of an appeal to be filed by the petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of the appeal, in the manner
