Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy, J
M.Sundaram – Appellant
Versus
The District Collector, Sivagangai District. – Respondent

Advocates:
For the Appellants/Petitioners: Mr.S.Krishna Kumar
For the Respondents: Mr.K.Balasubramani

ORDER

By relying on judgment and decree dated 12.04.2002 in O.S.No.121 of

1996, the petitioner had applied for separate patta in respect of land in S.No.

73/1B.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents.

3. On perusal of the affidavit, I find that reference is made there to order dated 15.06.2023 of the District Revenue Officer cancelling the earlier order dated 09.05.2005 and further directing the petitioner to approach a civil court. Unless the said order is challenged, the request of the petitioner for a separate patta cannot be considered. By leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the said order, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
