Both parties have produced Joint Memorandum of Compromise, signed by the respective learned counsels and by both parties. It is clear from the joint Memorandum of Compromise that the dispute between the parties, had been amicably settled. The defendants have paid money to the plaintiff to the tune of Rs.4,50,00,000/- (Rupees four crores and fifty lakhs only), of which, Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees fifty lakhs only) was paid under tri-partite agreement, dated 01.06.2022 and Rs.4,00,00,000/- (Rupees four crores) was paid by way of Demand Draft in No.961302, dated 29.10.2025, drawn on Yes Bank, Indira Nagar, Chennai. Thus, it is clear from the terms of the joint memorandum of compromise between the parties that the entire amount had been settled to the plaintiff and therefore, both parties settled the matter amicably.
