This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.163 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent police.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that in this case, the charge sheet has been filed on 12.10.2025 before the Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
