1. Being aggrieved by the finding, fixing negligence on the driver of the bus, bearing registration No. TN 21 - P 9909, and the quantum of compensation of Rs. 10,83,000 awarded with interest at the rate of 7.5 per cent per annum in MCOP No. 4734 of 2008, dated 20.11.2014, to the legal representative of the deceased, from the date of claim application till deposit, United India Insurance Co. Ltd., Chennai, has filed this appeal.
