1. The wife, who suffered a decree for divorce in H.M.O.P. No.536 of 2004 on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore, is the appellant in this appeal. The said H.M.O.P.No.536 of 2004 was filed by the husband under S.13(1)(iii) of the Hindu Marriage Act claiming that the wife is suffering from incurable unsoundness of mind to such an extent that he cannot reasonably be expected to live with her.
