..Respondents Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents Nos.1 to 4 herein to consider the petitioner representations dated 09.09.2024 and 20.11.2024 and to conduct a detailed enquiry thereof and to pass appropriate orders on merits within a period that may be stipulated by this Hon’ble Court.

For Petitioner :Mr.M.Elumalai For Respondents :Mr.M.Shajakhan, SGP for R1 to R3 ORDER By an order dated 17.11.2025, I directed the District Collector to conduct an enquiry and pass an order. I also directed the District Collector to submit a report to the Court within three weeks.

2. When the matter was called, Mr.M.Shajahan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 has produced an order of the said authority dated 04.12.2025. The same is scanned and extracted hereunder.

3. It shows that the District Collector has passed an order on the representations made by the petitioner on 09.09.2025 and 20.11.2025. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order, it is always open to him to challenge it before this Court by way of a separate writ petition. The District Collector is directed to proceed further as per the proceedings dated 04.12.2025, recover the amount and take action against the persons responsible for the same.
