O R D E R

This application has been filed by the applicant to implead him as as one of the defendant to the suit.

2. According to the applicant, he is the communicant member of the CSI Church and he rendered service to the 1^st defendant / Church of South India for the past several decades and held various posts in the said Church. The applicant being a communicant member of Church of South India and elected and functioned as office bearer in various capacities in the 1^st defendant institution for several years. Further, various materials and facts have to be brought to the attention of this Court regarding various fraudulent activities occurred in the management and administration of the Church of South India. If the applicant is permitted to be impleaded in the suit, he will effectively participate in the suit proceedings and assist this Court for proper adjudication of the issues raised in this suit for ultimately protecting the interest of the public religious charitable institution, Church of South India, therefore, the applicant has to be impleaded in the main suit.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the documents placed on record. The respondents have not filed counter resisting the application.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the respondents also have not filed counter resisting the application and this applicant is also proper and necessary party to this suit, the present impleading application deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
