The captioned writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 28.06.2013 and promote the petitioner to the post of Tahsildar.

In view of the order of punishment having been set aside by this Court in W.P.No.5090 of 2015 vide order dated 09.12.2025, the respondents are obligated to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 28.06.2013 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
