PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records connected with clause 8 (iii) of the Impugned G.O issued by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in G.O.Ms.No.46 dated 07.02.2020 relating to non-sanctioning of salary for in-service candidates secured admission in Post Graduate Medical courses in Government seats in Central Government medical colleges, which is not applicable for the academic session 2019-2020 commencing from May 2019 and consequently directing the respondents to sanction salary benefits to the petitioners for the period of study from May 2019 onwards in Terms of G.O.Ms. No.94 Health and Family Welfare (B1) Department dated 01.03.2016 with all consequential and other attendant benefits.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.

2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for.

No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
