PRAYER in WP No. 47169 of 2025 ; This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to pass orders for counting 50 percentage of service rendered by the petitioner as Part time Vocational Instructor from 19.04.1989 to 12.11.1997 towards pensionable service and consequently revise the retirement benefits including regular pension payable to the petitioner from the date of retirement on 27.04.2016 with all consequential and other attendant benefits as per G.O.Ms.No.194 School Education Department dated 12.9.2018 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dt.24.10.2025 in the light of various orders passed by this Honourable Court, within a time frame to be fixed by this Honourable Court PRAYER in WP No. 47171 of 2025 ; This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to pass orders for counting 50 percentage of service rendered by the petitioner as Part time Vocational Instructor from 29.12.1989 to 11.11.1997 towards pensionable service and consequently revise the retirement benefits including regular pension payable to the petitioner from the date of retirement on 30.06.2024 with all consequential and other attendant benefits as per G.O.Ms.No.194 School Education Department dated 12.09.2018 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner in the light of various orders passed by
