This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent alleging that the respondent willfully disobeyed the order dated 25.09.2025 passed by this Court in C.M.P.No.22451 of 2025 in C.R.P.No.1352 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the landlord has verified the factual position on ground and is satisfied that the respondent has vacated the premises and handed over vacant possession.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
