In terms of the proceedings, the Deputy Registrar has informed that the entire amount due to the co-operative society has been recovered and consequently the execution petition itself came to be dismissed. It is further pointed out that the first writ petitioner was reinstated in service on 21.02.2020 as is clear from the proceedings passed across the bar. The said proceedings dated
