PRAYER:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent issued in Rc. No. 20742 / NHIS - 3 / 2021 dated 26.10.2021 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to sanction the reimbursement claim submitted by the Petitioner to them.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief :

“Calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent issued in Rc. No. 20742 / NHIS - 3 / 2021 dated 26.10.2021 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to sanction the reimbursement claim submitted by the Petitioner to them.”

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the 1st respondent, that the remedy available to the petitioner is not by way of a writ petition, as she has an effective alternate remedy available by way of an appeal before the State Level Committee.

3. In view of the above submissions, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the State Level Committee for appropriate redressal of her grievance. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
