This writ petition has been filed to forbear the fourth respondent from conducting any sports event in the name and style of “Mr. & Mrs.India 2024” at Nehru Indoor Stadium, Chennai, Tamil Nadu on 09.11.2024 and

10.11.2024 or any other subsequent dates.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submits that the events have already been conducted in the name of “Mr.&Mrs. Hindustan 2024” and not in the name of “Mr. & Mrs.India 2024” and hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
