O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction to respondents to rectify the Date of Birth in his Aadhar Card bearing No.8898 3421 1375.

2. According to the petitioner, his Date of Birth has been wrongly mentioned as 11.09.1972 instead of 25.04.1977. In this regard, the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents. Since no action has been taken till date, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Deputy Solicitor General of India appearing for the third respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been corrected and has also placed before this Court an email communication received in this regard wherein the petitioner has been requested to download the corrected Aadhar card by using the EID No.2192409020197920241001114848 and by visiting the following link https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/genricDownloadAadhaar/en.

4. Therefore, recording the statement of the learned Deputy Solicitor General of India, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
