This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents dated 03.10.2022 for transfer of patta. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that the
