ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent to reissue the passport of the writ petitioner by considering his application dated 19.09.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the second respondent submits that a criminal case has been registered as against the writ petitioner in
