Since there is an alternative remedy to the petitioner herein before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, this Court is not inclined to exercise its supervisory power for the sake of ascertaining our right over the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal.

2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
