For Petitioner(s): Ms.K.Chandra

ORDER

The petitioner has filed the civil revision petition, challenging the order passed by the Trial Court in I.A.No.3 of 2024 in GWOP No.434 of 2022 along with CMP Nos.30265 and 30267 of 2025 to accept the cause title and to recognize the power agent of the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even prior to the order impugned in this civil revision petition, the petition filed by the respondent in I.A.No.2 of 2024, seeking to recognize one Balaji as her power agent, was allowed by the Trial Court. However, in the certified copy of the order issued to the petitioner, the name of the power agent of the respondent has not been mentioned by the Trial Court.

3. If the application filed by the respondent seeking to recognize her power agent is already allowed by the Trial Court, the petitioner has to get the certified copy of the order amended suitably before the very same court.

Therefore, this court is not inclined to entertain these miscellaneous petitions.

Accordingly, the CMP Nos.30265 and 30267 of 2025 in CRP Sr No.165222 of 2025 are dismissed. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the order filed in the civil revision petition to the learned counsel for the petitioner to enable her to get it amended before the Trial Court.
