O R D E R
The writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the 1st respondent herein complete the process of recovery under the Revenue Recovery Act, 1923 with respect to the award dated 10.04.2023 passed by the 3rd respondent in E.C.No. 60 of 2022 within a time that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. Both parties are present and by considering their arguments, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned Government Advocate for the first respondent would submit that the process of recovery would be completed and compensation would be paid within eight weeks from today.
4. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of. Needless to say that the procedure involved shall be followed by the respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
