2.Now, the learned counsel on either side would submit that, in the writ appeal in W.A.No.880 of 2025 filed as against the final order in the writ petition in W.P.No.12238 of 2024, the writ petition itself has been withdrawn and therefore, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition.

3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
