(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son namely Sureshbabu, S/o.Karuppaiah, aged about 37 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the fourth respondent has produced the detenue before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's son involved in 30 cases, in which, 20 cases were already disposed of and the remaining cases are still pending for investigation.

4. This habeas corpus petition is disposed of since the detenu is produced before this Court and handed over to the petitioner.
